About Ayano
Ayano is a certified home organizing consultant and coach, supporting women in creating intentional homes and more aligned ways of living.
She holds a background in Family Life Education and Early Childhood Development, bringing a deep understanding of how environment, habits, and emotional well-being shape the quality of everyday life. Originally from Japan and now based in Long Beach, California, Ayano is also a mother of two. Her lived experience, along with her multicultural background, informs her grounded, compassionate, and practical approach to supporting women and families through different seasons of life.
Ayano believes that clients already have a sense of what they want and how they want to live. Her role is to guide them through a thoughtful and supportive process—helping them slow down, become more present, and make intentional decisions that align with their values and their lifestyle. Her work begins with organizing the home, but extends far beyond the physical space. Through a guided and intentional process, she helps clients release what no longer serves them and create environments that feel calm, functional, and aligned with their daily lives.
Ayano’s approach is gentle, patient, and deeply respectful. She meets each client where they are, offering guidance that is calm and non-judgmental. This work is not about perfection, but about creating lasting, meaningful change—so their home reflects not just what they own, but how they truly want to live.
